Legal Fees
1. Legal Consultation Fee
In principle, ¥5,500 (tax included) per 30 minutes.
For business consultations, please contact us.
※For those with financial concerns who meet the Legal Aid requirements, free consultations are available through the civil legal aid system (up to 3 consultations for the same matter). Please contact Legal Aid for details on financial requirements.
2. Case Handling Fees
If you request an attorney to handle a case after a legal consultation, fees are determined based on the value of the rights involved ("economic benefit").
Retainer Fee

Success Fee

The retainer fee is paid at the start of case handling and is non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
The success fee is paid at the conclusion of the case based on the outcome achieved.
Court fees such as stamp duties and postage are charged separately from the above fees.
3. Document Fees
Fees for legal document preparation such as contracts and wills are as follows:

※For those with insufficient financial resources who meet Legal Aid requirements, attorney fees may be advanced through the "representation assistance" system. Please consult with the attorney during your consultation.
