From Consultation to Resolution
Inquiry
Please contact us via the inquiry form or phone. We will hear an outline of your consultation and schedule an appointment.
Initial Consultation
Please visit our office to discuss your matter in detail. We will organize your concerns and clarify legal issues. The consultation fee is ¥5,500 (tax included) per 30 minutes.
Proposal & Quote
We will explain the approach to resolution and provide a fee estimate if needed. Please feel free to ask any questions.
Engagement & Start
If you are satisfied with the approach and fees, we will sign an engagement agreement. After payment of the initial fees such as the retainer, your case will officially begin.
Negotiation, Mediation & Legal Proceedings
The attorney will represent you in negotiations, mediation, and legal proceedings according to the engagement agreement.
Settlement
Once negotiations, mediation, or legal proceedings are concluded, we will settle all fees including attorney fees and expenses.
About Consultation Fees
For business consultations, please contact us separately. Those with financial difficulties may be able to use Legal Aid's civil legal assistance system.
